Booth Rental Policy
Booth rentals are a great opportunity for welders to practice their welding skill sets. There are four (4) different daily packages available for a booth rental and they are as follows: 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, and 4 hours. The price depends on the process an individual will be practicing.
- GMAW: 1 hour = $50, 2 hours = $100, 3 hours = $125, 4 hours = $175
- SMAW/GTAW: 1 hour = $65, 2 hours = $130, 3 hours = $170, 4 hours = $210
- Pipe: 1 hour = $75, 2 hours = $140, 3 hours = $200, 4 hours = $250
PLEASE NOTE:
- For your booth rental, you are expected to know your machine settings, equipment setup, and the techniques necessary for the position you are practicing. An instructor will be present within the shop but will not help with generalized welding capabilities.
- Booth availability cannot be guaranteed unless the booking is made prior to the selected date. Walk-ins can not be accommodated if the shop is full.
- Full payment is needed before an individual will be allowed in the shop.
- Individuals must bring their own PPE: welding helmet, gloves, fire-resistant clothing, and steel-toe safety boots. Failure to bring the required PPE will result in being denied access to the shop.
If you cannot make it to your scheduled booth rental, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not give us adequate notice, a refund will not be available. Rescheduling can be discussed.
Full payment is mandatory upon booking the booth rental. Payments can be made in one of the following ways: in person at the academy (cash, interact, credit), over the phone via credit card only, OR interact E-Transfer sent to info@aaacwa.com. If you are sending an E-Transfer, please include your first and last name, the reason for payment, as well as your email address within the optional message portion.
*If an individual is found to be responsible for purposely damaging equipment at the academy, or avoiding paying their fees, legal action will be pursued*
